God chose me. He chose me at a time in my life when I was at my worst, and He still loved me. Not knowing that I was called, for many are called but few are chosen. I, like so many others, have endured trials, tribulations, and hardships, but I see now that who I am and all that I've been through was to prepare me for such a time as this.
The Bible is clear about nothing being new under the sun. What we're experiencing in our lives is prophecy being fulfilled. I still believe in the power of prayer, even when it looks like God has stopped moving. It's my desire for everyone who reads this prophetic Awesome Women On The Move Prayer Book to feel the power of anointed prayer coming from these pages. I pray that this book will reach the four corners of the earth. I pray that every prayer will be answered and people's lives will be changed. God will use the answered prayers as testimonies that God still answers prayers. People will know that prayer still works.
I decided to do a book for women to express who they are as women, but in a way where each woman felt free to express themselves through personal stories of what their truth was and is. As a woman, I believe we should all come together and be with one accord, but that is not always the case. We know that women do not always get along, but I want to be living proof and make that a false claim. The true issue is that there are women who do not like themselves, so it becomes almost impossible for them to like others.
With the vision of this women's book, I believe it will be a spiritual and emotional release. As women, we can take a look at ourselves and how view other women. Despite all our trials and struggles, we want better. We can do better for ourselves without passing judgment against our sisters. We can encourage one another to help build each other up. I am very clear about the purpose of this book because I know that women will identify with these stories through things that women experience. But through it all and despite what I have gone through, I give God the praise: "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." (Psalm 139:14) Dr. Tenaria Drummond-Smith
